Hello! I’m Jessee Dietch, PhD, and I am an assistant professor in the School of Psychological Science at Oregon State University. I’m a licensed clinical health psychologist and my primary clinical interests are sleep disorders (insomnia, nightmares, circadian rhythm disorders) and posttraumatic stress disorder.

I run the newly founded Sleep Health Assessment, Intervention, and Dissemination (SHAID) lab, where we primarily study:

  1. development and testing of sleep psychology interventions, including evaluation, adaptation, and dissemination
  2. sleep health in special populations and sleep health disparities
  3. validation and evaluation of assessments of sleep and sleep disorders
