Hello! I’m Jessee Dietch, PhD, DBSM and I am an assistant professor in the School of Psychological Science at Oregon State University. I’m a licensed clinical health psychologist, certified in Behavioral Sleep Medicine, and my primary clinical interests are sleep disorders (insomnia, nightmares, circadian rhythm disorders) and posttraumatic stress disorder.
I direct the Sleep Health Assessment, Intervention, and Dissemination (SHAID) lab (www.shaidlab.com), where we primarily study:
- development and testing of sleep psychology interventions, including evaluation, adaptation, and dissemination
- sleep health in special populations and sleep health disparities
- validation and evaluation of assessments of sleep and sleep disorders
