Hello! I’m Jessee Dietch, PhD, DBSM and I am an assistant professor in the School of Psychological Science at Oregon State University. I’m a licensed clinical health psychologist, certified in Behavioral Sleep Medicine, and my primary clinical and research interests are in sleep disorders (insomnia, nightmares, circadian rhythm disorders).
I direct the Sleep Health Assessment, Intervention, and Dissemination (SHAID) lab (www.shaidlab.com), where we:
- develop, test, and disseminate sleep psychology interventions for sleep problems like insomnia and shift work disorder
- characterize sleep health in special populations
- evaluate and validate assessments of sleep and sleep disorders
